Delimiter is not encoding

Changing comma to tab does not change UTF-8 vs Latin-1. If names look broken, that is character encoding, not the delimiter. We also will not interpret decimal commas as numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will commas inside quotes split?

No. We parse, then re-serialize. Quoted commas stay in the cell.
